About Ford GP

The Willys MB Ton 4x4 is a military version of the best-selling civilian Jeep. It was developed in 1941 by the American company Willys-Overland, to provide the United States military with an all-weather reconnaissance vehicle. It has a short wheelbase, four-wheel drive, and a powerful engine that gives it high speed and off-road capabilities.

This vehicle was initially used by America’s allies during World War II before being supplied to Allied forces on the Western Front in 1944. The MB jeep became one of America’s most iconic vehicles during the war because of its role on D-Day on June 6th, 1944 where they were instrumental in reducing casualties.
